Structural and envelope repair on a City of Henderson outdoor recreation deck, including demolition, framing restoration, concrete, stucco, drywall, paint, gutters, and tile. As-built drawings, engineering, and permitting delivered in-house. Fixed-price municipal contract, March – May 2026, with full NRS 338 prevailing-wage compliance.

Austin Kelly is a former U.S. Air Force Civil Engineering Officer (32E) and Nellis AFB 99th Civil Engineer Squadron alum, with six years of federal construction experience and an Executive MBA from the University of San Francisco. He founded Mission Builders to bring the discipline of military construction delivery — clear contracts, controlled costs, finished work — to government and commercial clients in Southern Nevada.
